TRANSFER STATION

Sifting and sorting through general waste allows us to recycle 80% of the material sent to us.

Predominantly construction and demolition waste is sorted into the main recycling streams of wood, metals, cardboard and plastics.

Each stream is then processed to enable the material to be used again.

We have a licensed materials recycling facility (MRF) on site which allows normal household waste to be collected and sorted, including hazardous materials such as asbestos, gypsum and batteries.
