Kevin Burgess - Managing Director

After initially running a successful farming operation in the local area, it was through Kevin's vision and expertise that Nottinghamshire Recycling Ltd was originally born, at a time that recycling was becoming a growth industry. As a Director and owner of the company, Kevin has steered NRL through a period of rapid growth over the last few years.

Peter Sanderson - Group Operations Director

Peter has over 23 years experience in the waste management industry and has been with the company since its formation in 2004. As a WAMITAB certified COTC holder, Peter takes responsibility for the overall management of the company's operations across its 4 sites.

Alison Burgess - Director
Alison is responsible for managing credit control and other administrative functions within the company.

Ed Freeman BA ACA - Finance Director
Ed joined the company in 2010 after spending over 3 years as the company's external management accountant. Ed is a chartered accountant with over 8 years experience working within the financial sector.

Marie Arrand - Office and Transport Manager
Marie has been with the company for over 5 years and is ultimately responsible for all skip hire and transport services at NRL, managing 12 drivers and a growing team of 5 admin staff. 

Carl Baker BSc - Environment & Development

Environmental Science graduate Carl joined the company in 2010 and is responsible for the development of new products and services at the company, whilst ensuring that NRL has a minimal negative impact on the environment and complies with various regulatory requirements.

Jonathan Hawes - Commercial Business Manager

Jon has a wide knowledge of the sales process gained from managing sales teams and working as a sales director for a number of professional blue chip companies. He has a spiritual strategic and tactical approach and has an in depth knowledge and understanding of the waste industry.

Tony Bramhall - Worksop Site Manager

Tony has 21 years in the waste industry in various fields and is certified in both COTC level four for treatment and transfer and Nebosh.

Hollie Beardsley - Administration & National Skip Hire Co-ordinator

Hollie started with the company in January 2010 and deals with secure destruction and bookings for national skip hire. She also deals with general administration and is a key member of our team. 

Jade Hopkinson - Receptionist

Jade is the newest member of the office and administration team. Greeting the guests, answering the phone and operating the weighbridge means Jades friendly voice is the first everyone hears. Jade also deals with both skip and aggregate orders and other administrative tasks.
