Soil & Compost

NRL produce a range of quality soils and soil improvers, suitable for a wide range of applications, including Golf Courses, Lawns, Plant Bedding and Land Remediation, with the two most popular materials being our;

Both of these are available for delivery and collection in Bulk Bags and 30 Litre managable bags.

Other soils avaialable for collection and delivery (orders of 5 ton or more) include a British Standard Recycled Topsoil and a quality Soil Improver that consists of a blend of both BS Topsoil and Compost, and can be blended to meet any specification.

How the materials are produced:

  • The British Standard Topsoil is produced at our inert quarry Kiveton Park Recycling Centre, at this site, locally sourced construction and demolition material is tipped, segregated and screened to produce a high quality BS Topsoil.

  • The Compost is produced at our state of the art windrow composting facility at Park Farm Ltd. At this site we use green waste delivered in and collected from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC's), local authorities and commercial businesses to produce a high quality 0-12mm peat free compost, which is tested in line with the British Standard PAS 100.
