AGGREGATE WASHING PLANT

Inert bulk material is fed through the closed loop washing plant system where it is processed and graded to produce a recycled aggregate product. Certified products produced are a 10mm, 20mm and 40mm aggregate, fine sand and grit sand, and a clay bi-product.

These provide a stronger and more sustainable alternative to quarried construction material. All recycled aggregates are produced to the standard of WRAPs Quality Aggregate Protocol. The company has also achieved quality standard ISO9001:2008, which ensures high standards throughout the processing method.
